Allgäu Battery again occupies top 2022 rankings

We are mighty proud to have been recognized by Great Place to Work® Germany for the third time in a row for our trusting and future-oriented corporate culture. Having already achieved top rankings in the regional competitions in 2018 and 2020, in 2022 we were also recognized for the first time as one of the best employers in small and medium-sized businesses nationwide, with a ranking of 6th. In the Allgäu region, our company was even ranked 1st and Bavaria-wide 4th.

As a family business, we attach particular importance to corporate culture. The employees should feel comfortable with us, says our “boss” Manuel Diepolder. And that’s not just something he says, but something he takes very seriously. The focus is on issues such as trust in managers, quality in cooperation, professional development opportunities, mutual appreciation and, of course, work-life balance. And they did so impressively in an anonymous survey last fall, which fills us with great pride. An average of 94% satisfaction across all areas is not to be taken for granted, especially after two years of pandemic. However, we don’t want to sit back, says Manuel, but will take this great result as an incentive to permanently develop the culture further.

Great Place to Work certifies organizations on the basis of an anonymous employee survey and analysis of existing HR measures. In the process, companies with outstanding ratings are awarded the Great Place to Work seal, regionally and by industry.
