Already back in 2016, we introduced our own service software in the course of the implementation of our ERP system Microsoft Dynamics NAV. What originally started as a little tool to facilitate the collection of service data soon became an extensive software through continuous improvements. Inspection data, materials and ressources can easily be collected without a single sheet of paper. Incorporating both an online and offline mode, all data is synchronized with our ERP system. Our customers highly benefit from an unrivaled data quality in both the inspection reports and the comprehensive fleets overviews. In oder to recognize the importance of the service software, we gave it its own name ALLspektion® and registered it as a brand. ALLspektion® allegorizes our own standard to offer our customers the best service possible – every single day.
