GPTW® Certified: Certification as an attractive employer

Also this year we are taking part in the Great Place To Work® competition, which analyzes and evaluates companies across Germany with regard to their workplace culture. Regardless of the final placement, which will be announced in spring 2022, Allgäu Batterie is already one of the “most attractive employers” (GPTW® Certified). The basis for this is an anonymous employee survey and a culture audit, which were carried out in autumn 2021. It remains to be seen whether we will be recognized as one of the best employers for the third time in a row in 2022 – so it remains exciting!
