VARTA as new partner for lithium-ion technology

In the future, Allgäu Batterie and the technology company VARTA will combine their know-how to develop application-specific lithium-ion batteries.

VARTA AG produces cells and modules for traction applications. Since the products of the ASB series are modular and expandable, they can be perfectly adapted to a wide variety of applications. Therefore, Allgäu Batterie will include them in its own portfolio in the future and will carry out the system integration of the high-quality lithium-ion blocks, which includes the adaptation of hardware, software, chargers, system communication as well as the mechanical fit and battery design. In this way, Allgäu Batterie can develop custom-fit, customer-specific lithium-ion solutions from whose quality, performance, intelligence and efficiency our customers will derive significant added value.
